MY APPROACH
I value each client’s cultural background and use an authentic and collaborative approach in therapy. I provide a space for clients to explore and process their experiences and help them develop skills to navigate challenges and create lasting change.
My approach is rooted in multicultural and systems theories, exploring how upbringing, relationships, and the larger systems in society impact our complex identities as individuals, couples, and families.
My goal is always to ensure therapy is helpful for you. I am very flexible in terms of my approach to therapy and tailor our sessions based on your goals and needs. Whether you are looking for more structure and skill-building or more space to process and explore, we can work together to make sure your unique needs are met.
